It started with the valet: nice, friendly, quick to help. Then the front desk staff made us feel like we were old friends. The property itself is top notch with a smart, modern but comfortable feel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious (we had a corner suite). There were USB ports everywhere. You also can’t beat the location: Old Market one way, CHI Center, Schwab Field and the Holland Center the other way. It’s all walkable. It’s also right across the street from the newly redesigned and fabulous Gene Leahy Mall.

The rooms are big, comfy and modern. The only hotel out of 4 I have stayed at in Omaha of this quality. I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately the price tag meant I had to move for the rest of my trip

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and approachable. Location was perfect, walkable to restaurants, bars, performing arts centers.

The people that work there truly wanted to make sure you have everything you need. The went over the top to make sure we were as comfortable as possible and were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. We would come back to Omaha just to stay here.

The hotel is beautiful and smells great (funny I know, but wait until you walk into the lobby!). Staff super friendly. Our valet guy, Derek, really stood out for us - he was fantastic! Very enthusiastic to help and gave us a great recommendation for eating dinner in the city. The room was gorgeous and clean. Shower amazing. Bed super comfy. Highly recommend!

We reserved a room with a king. When we got there and checked in they didn’t have any rooms with a king left so we had 2 queens! The manager (I believe Sam was his name) went above and beyond and discounted our room, gave us some vouchers for the hotel bar and valeted our parking! It was great PR and we were impressed! We’ll def stay again! Thank you!
